About Me

 

As a passionate advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and delays, I am dedicated to providing innovative support services that empower individuals to reach their full potential. With a strong background in special education and a commitment to crisis intervention, I am driven to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.

Education

  •  Degree in Special Education: Equipped with the knowledge and skills to support individuals with diverse needs.
  • Master's Program in Curriculum and Instructions: Currently pursuing a master's degree at George Mason University, enhancing my expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies.

Professional Experience

 Inclusion and Enhanced Autism Teacher: 15 years of experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Preschool Autism Class Teacher: Currently working with Fairfax County Public Schools, supporting young students with autism.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): 10 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

At Aiding Hands Support Services LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate and effective support services that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities and delays. We value diversity, equity, and accessibility and strive to create a supportive and empowering environment for all individuals.
